INTERNSHIP
If you are:
- A third or fourth-year student
- Passionate about education
- Quick learners, proactive, and diligent
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months of internship

Before the internship, I was quite worried because I hadn’t had much experience working with young children. However, when I started working with other teaching assistants who were different from experienced teachers, everyone helped me a lot. I learned and improved my professional skills through training sessions, which I found very useful as I could apply my specialized knowledge to my work. After 6 months of training, I think I can understand the personalities of students, each having their own characteristics that sometimes change from one class to another. Besides assisting the teachers, I also learned different classroom management techniques from teachers and gained special knowledge in math and science classes.
After the period of internship at THT, I feel that the center is a place where I can develop and explore my potential in order to contribute back to the center. With a disciplined and dynamic working environment, along with adorable and enthusiastic colleagues, I feel extremely fortunate to work and contribute to the company. After that period, I believe that I am suitable for the company with such a working environment. I am extremely grateful and thankful to the leadership of THT, the HR team, and the English team who always supported and helped me.
